Hi,
Before contacting support thought I'd post here. Did a quick search but didn't find anything, but sorry if it's a double post!
Trying to add the below SRV records for Office 365:
Service Protocol Port Weight Priority TTL Name Target
_sip _tls 443 1 100 1 Hour @ sipdir.online.lync.com
_sipfederationtls _tcp 5061 1 100 1 Hour @ sipfed.online.lync.com
In DNS Management the records show as the below.
domain.name 3600 SRV Priority Weight Port Target
100 1 443 sipdir.online.lync.com
domain.name 3600 SRV Priority Weight Port Target
100 1 5061 sipfed.online.lync.com
The record check in O365 is failing and I'd say to not having the Service and Protocol.
Am I doing something wrong, or missing something?
Thanks for any help!
James
