Rollernet and CGNAT

I'm using Starlink as my IP and there is no direct IPV4 connection possible to my internal network (CGNAT).
Currently I'm using an external tunnel to link a host and port to my internal mail server but it's very cumbersome.

Is there a way to user Roller network mail relay towards a CGNAT connected network located mailserver?

Our mail servers do not have a way to push through a NAT with VPN or anything like that. There needs to be an open port for them to connect on.
