Most of you know that Roller Network operates a private datacenter - servers, power distribution, UPS systems, network, and a diesel generator all owned and operated in house. Our current location has served us well over the years, but it's time for us to move someplace new.
What does this mean for our customers? Nothing, yet. The move itself will be very complicated since we can't interrupt our services; details will follow later once we get closer to moving the actual hardware. Our goal is ensure that nobody notices we're moving through cross connecting the two sites and carefully sequenced moves of the physical hardware. Our plan is to close out our current location on September 30, 2009.
In the meantime, we will be posting updates here and answering questions throughout the process. We plan to create a photo album as well (time permitting) so you can put some pictures to all the stuff we talk about online. Words are great, but many of you would probably like to see what it really looks like on our end, so we're building this new site with the same commitment to quality and detail that we've always operated with.

Also, we've started pre-sales for colocation services at our new facility. If you mention this post and sign a sales contract with the pre-sales deposit before our grand opening in October, we'll give you a %20 discount on first three months. Email us for details on our colocation services.
