Enable & Disable 3rd Party AV Databases Independently

As per the title and not sure how possible this would be, but would be nice to be able to enable & disable each 3rd party AV databases independently.

Unfortunately it's not possible since ClamAV only returns one signature result for a scan. When enabled we connect to the clam daemon socket, send a data stream to it, and it returns a result. When they are "disabled" in the control center the third party signatures still run but we just ignore the result and log it.
