Email reports Mail usage/Blocked Spam

Post by flexxcom » Wed Apr 29, 2009 4:01 am

We're hosting e-mail for several customers. And many requested some form of reports.

I think it would be usefull if you can setup a per domain email report.
Enter the frequency, and the type of data (i.e. usage, blocked spam, etc) and it generates a PDF which is sent by mail directly to the customer. Like Google Analytics does.

I'd really like to see this feature added to your wonderfull service.

Thanks in advance.

We do have an automatic mail log tool in the wings (it's been delayed because it's non-critical) that emails CVS files of defined search parameters. If you want to take a look at what we have so far:

https://acc.rollernet.us/mail/autolog.php

You can play with the interface but it won't do anything because there's no back end running to process it.

Right now we're working on restoring the reseller accounts option since we had several requests to bring it back. It will probably take several weeks to finish that, then we'll work on finishing up the automatic logs.

We're currently in a development freeze due to the move and not working on any changes at the moment. It won't be until after the facility move has completed that I'll be able to get back to the request list.
