dynamics ip addresses and defer

hello,

we are noticing that the idea of rejecting mail from dynamic ip addresses is good, but it has a risk of rejecting good messages.
Would it be possible to add the option 'defer' for say 15 minutes.
It doesn't need to be so sophisticated as greylisting.
Juste the possibility to defer the message whatever the ip is.
