wild card in whitelist and sorting items

What we mainly need for the moment is to able to white list not on basis of ip addresses but on the DNS name.
For example DNSBL lists often make mistakes as for large companies like orange.fr, hotmail.com, gmail.com. Their smtp need to be whitelisted for DNSBL. The easiest way to do it, is to say *.gmail.com, *.orange.fr is OK.

Another things is the sorting of items in the whitelist. Within a category sorting is very weird. I don't see the rule behind as items change of position in the list as we reload the whitelist page.
