I've had rollernet set up as a smarthost for my outgoing mail for a few years without issue. A mail recipient recently complained that she was consistently not receiving my emails. I can see in my logs that my server processes the email and forwards it to rollernet. I can see in the rollernet logs that rollernet receives the email and queues it up for delivery. But it appears I do not have access to the delivery logs for outgoing mail from rollernet? Is this something that is or can be made available for users?

For the delivery half of submitted mail just email support with the instance ID and we will send the logs to you.
