Cannot connect to smtpauth.rollernet.us

I cannot send email via smtpauth.rollernet.us, I cannot connect on port 587. No problem with mailbox.rollernet.us. I have checked everything I can. The ISP swears they are not blocking the port. I cannot connect even using telnet. Telnet to smtp.gmail.com 587 connects instantly. Telnet to smtpauth.rollernet.us 587 (and 2525) times out.

Wassup? Can you help?

Also keep in mind that IP addresses can become blocked if they are associated with too many failed username/password attempts.
