Outbound Mail Type - Mail Server Setup

Hi,

Sorry that I'm not a network guy.

I want to setup the outbound mail type as mail server, so that the smart host doesn't restrict to only one domain name.
However, I read through the guide "Manually Testing AUTH" and I still cannot understand how to get the AUTH Name and Password.

Do you have other dummy guide for the setup?
