Hello Everyone,
One of my clients is using the Roller Network for a long time already. At once the delivery of one of his favourite newsletters stopped.
He checked with me, I found no problems in server/spam filtering, even worse, the messag never reaches the roller network servers.
We check with the company who daily sends the newsletter. He also found no standard problems, till he put on his logging.. they got this message back:
'554 5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: Banned for not honoring unsubscribe requests.'
What can we/they do to get his favourite newsletter back in his mailbox?
Best regards,
Dirk

Re: Banned for not honoring unsubscribe requests
We blocked the domain "up0.net" because it spammed one of our role accounts (support, abuse) five times on 2009-8-11, 2009-8-13, 2009-8-26, 2009-9-9, and 2009-9-25. Usually if someone adds one of our role accounts to a list like that we take it as a request that they want their server blocked as it indicates they probably purchased a list or pulled them off the website since there's simply no way we would subscribe those addresses ourselves. We can try removing the block and see if it stopped.

Hello Seth,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Can you please try to remove the entry from the blacklist rollernet uses?
Please let me know if this causes any problems.
Beste regards,
Dirk
