Deleteing Sieve Scripts

Post by Black20VT »

Hi,

I was testing/playing with the scripts and failing miserably in getting them to work for me, so I tried to delete them.

However, on selecting to delete and then confirming the deletion, they're still there?

Is this right, as I tried in both IE and Firefox.

Thanks,

Chris.

No, they should disappear when deleted. We'll look in to it.

Hmm, we can't seem to duplicate this problem on our accounts. Could you email support with the specific account name that's having this problem?

This issue has been fixed. ManageSieve would refuse to delete the active script, so we change it to automatically deactivate the active script if it's being deleted.

Excellent!

I can now delete my poor attempts at creating a working script, which I've now done without a problem

Thanks.
