I don't know if the problem is on your site, but I just like to mention it. We are having problems with the greylisting filter. The email that I gave here under, the server tried just 2x times, and then the server gave up (in stead of retrying). I have also had the case with hotmail.com (even if the problem only appeared from time to time).
This is what the server mentionned in the undelivry report :
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email
server. Please contact your system administrator.
<hpsmtp-eml18.kpnxchange.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 Recipient not in route list.>
this was twice in the rollernet log (for mail. and mail2. but no retry0
Connection from 213.75.38.118 (hpsmtp-eml18.kpnxchange.com) deferred by mail.rollernet.us

Looks like the server just won't retry. I've also seen this recently with Charter Cable mail servers where they incorrectly treat a 4xx defer as a 5xx reject. Aside from trying to convince the operator they're running a broken mail server, all you can do it whitelist the trouble addresses from the greylist filter, if desired.
