Releasing queues since queue status page moved

Hi there,

Not sure, but it seems that there may be a problem releasing queues now that the page has moved. When I click on the submit button to release them, the browser loads the "Resource Access" page, as opposed to reloading itself. This then makes no mention of having released the queues which I am sure it used to do.

I forgot to change the form submit location after I moved the page; it's been fixed now.
