Account issues

If my account is not due until 7-11-2007 why was my account down graded already? Seems this is wrong.

Renewal Date: 2007-07-11 Invoice R4683db035c45a

I'll pay it now even though it isn't due but I expect a refund or extension placed to compensate for 3 weeks of lost time in year since the bill just came to me last week and wasn't due for another 3 weeks.
