We received a request from a customer for alerts if a message fails to be relayed by SMTP Redirection, so we created a new tool called "Service Alerts" that can send a message to your account alert email address in the event of a "deferred" or "rejected" delivery is detected.
The Service Alerts tool will send long or short alert messages to a configured email address when the configured condition is detected in the Outgoing/Delivery Logs. For more information on alerts, see:
