Billing Policy Update (Grace Period)

We've updated our billing policy to reflect a recent change to our automatic billing processor where it now waits until 5 days past the renewal date (the renewal date has always been the same as the due date) before considering an unpaid service overdue and eligible for automatic removal. The renewal date will always remain the same if in account is paid early, on time, or late.
