We have two important announcements today; the first is about our websites, and the second is in regards to pricing.

We'll start with the exciting news. After years of the same boring gray-on-gray layout, we have released a new layout that we're hoping is much more pleasing to the eye. The vast majority of the changes are in the account control center with regards to interface uniformity and presentation. There's also a lot of under the hood changes, so if you run across a bug we missed in testing, please let us know and we'll get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Now, for the less exciting news. We've adjusted our pricing for all service levels of Standard and up, and the yearly pricing for Personal and Personal plus. We realize that nobody will have anything positive to say about price increases; however, there is a silver lining. If you are a current paying customer, your pricing will not change as long as you continue to renew your account. (This guarantee is now part of our billing policy.) We needed to adjust our pricing to be more realistic with the quality of service offered for higher account levels since we offer almost every option as unlimited. The yearly pricing for Personal and Personal Plus was adjusted to match their monthly rates.

Please remember: if your paid service expires, you will have to renew at the new rate, no exceptions. As long as you continue to renew, your pricing is guaranteed at the rate you currently pay. If you are a long-time donor, your previous lifetime discount is not affected.
