We have "rollernetwork.com" and I'll just create mail/mail2 A records under that. I'll need to distribute it to our internal nameservers, but it's not much effort.

As far as I know there are no other reports of this problem.

From the error message, the server at 10.250.44.242 had a DNS problem and was unable to resolve mail2.rollernet.us. It's not appearing in our logs because it never left their server. I can only guess that the problem could be the server is using an unreliable DNS resolver or has connectivity issues....

It is impossible to mirror messages that don't pass through our servers. In order to mirror copies of all incoming mail you would either have to set up some kind of intercept on your mail server to send copies to us, or use SMTP Redirection to pass all mail through us before sending to your mail ser...

We're currently in a development freeze due to the move and not working on any changes at the moment. It won't be until after the facility move has completed that I'll be able to get back to the request list.

Normally I'd say a few weeks at the most, but right now we're under a development freeze due to the move. As soon as we're situated in the new facility and everything is in order, I'll get back to the request list.

I just created account "test+ext@rollermail.net" myself and it was bounced. It's been years since I've looked at the rollermail.* settings, perhaps it isn't set to + as I figured it should be. I'll have to look in to that as it's never come up before.

There's nothing I'm aware of preventing "user+ext@domain" from working. I use it quite often myself to tag various things. The rollermail.* domains are configured to use + as the address extension only. We also support - and . for extensions but there's no way to change it per-address, onl...

Forwarding entries should allow "." so we'll have to double check that. If it doesn't, it's mistake on our part. It's not likely we'll open up to adding / because it's quite exotic and will cause problems injecting it into the path when saving the message to the mail box (which assembles t...
