autolearn problem

We have our domains in auto-learn with http verification. We have been getting error 'unable to verify recipient' for about 6 hours. Is this a interconnexion problem or is something else wrong. Our server is up and running, and we can't locate the problem on our side. IP of the server is 87.98.218.2...

I am getting it. In the greylist table entry the color is green even if it states "allowed 0 messages", so I thought a message passed and "allowed 0 messages" meant that no further emails got through. So when it says "allowed 0 messages", this means no message passed. T...

log question

Hello, We have a domain with greylisting on. Especially with spam messages, we observce that there is a first yellow entry, and than there is no more trace of the message in the main log (no green one). Afterwards when we have a look in the Greylisting configuration section, we see that there is a g...

That would be nice.

problem blacklist filter

Hello, We have a blacklist for the domain news-companeo.be. However we still receive emails from them. Here under the email in the log and the header of the email. The header of the email indicates a different from than in the Rollernet maillogs for the domain. Is there no way to black also this kin...

email warning for exceeding number of messages or MB

Just let me explain. We have several domains. Suddenly today a domain received 8000 emails whereas it receives normally 100 emails per day. In our case this means the client activated a catchall and unknown recepiets weren't rejected anymore because the domains are in autolearn-mode. So would it be ...

secondary dns with non-ASCII

Hello,

We need to create a secondary dns for joséphine.net.
This is rejected by the manager though.
This should be possible for us, as the domain is valid, see
protocole IDNA (Internationalized Domain Names in Applications, RFC 3490)

Thanks for having a look.

Is it a routing problem ?

Thanks,

Greylisting problem

I don't know if the problem is on your site, but I just like to mention it. We are having problems with the greylisting filter. The email that I gave here under, the server tried just 2x times, and then the server gave up (in stead of retrying). I have also had the case with hotmail.com (even if the...

vaildation email address

New issue with validation. When the emailaddress is just a "=", it says it is unable to validate the address (see below). It should reject the message right away because the address is invalid. Thanks. Connection from 219.101.83.6 (dns.glide.co.jp) deferred by mail.rollernet.us From: root@...

If you could add client validity checks to it also.
We have more and more domains, for which we looking for some default configuration. As we are using clients validity checks, they should be the same for all in a basic configuration.

Thanks

Is it possible to put the default option when we create a domain for spamassassin to 'allow the message' in stead of 'reject the message'
We have to many false positives for the moment that makes it possible to reject the message.

Thanks,

Unable to validate recipient address

We are getting irregular message for about a week now that it is Unable to validate recipient address (in reply to RCPT TO command) We are using auto-learn over http, and it doesn't seem to be a problem with our server that is serving the authorisation requests. Take for example today the domain cef...
