Oops... I'm in the process of migrating the account manager to a new server, and it seems I overlooked that part of the system. I'll have it fixed when the account manager is running on the new server. It is still logging, the display logs part is just broken at the moment.

It looks like yet more spam causing some delay in queue processing... so the next addition to the table will be limiting connections/messages per minute from hosts to help stop dictionary attacks. I checked through the logs and it looks like the confirmations should have been delivered to you by now...

As long as a secondary has a DNS record, it will continue to answer for that domain. If it can't contact the master, however, it just won't be able to get updates for the zone. (This assumes it was able to get a zone update in the first place.) So it should have continued to work, I'm not sure why i...

Yes, you can do:

fetchmail -p ETRN --fetchdomains mydomain1,mydomain2,mydomain3 mail.rollernet.us

Although if one of the domains in the list returns an error, the others following it will not be processed.

Addresses need to be enclosed in angle brackets in the MAIL FROM and RCPT TO commands like so: MAIL FROM: <admin@rollernet.us> We are enforcing RFC 822 and the mail servers will reject anything that does not present a properly formatted conversation. The Postfix manual says: "Require that addre...

The only thing I could think of is the polling domain and polling server are reversed, or an option is missing in the cron command; perhaps a format error in the crontab line? What's happening is the same as if you had done: fetchmail -p ETRN --fetchdomains localhost lists.homelinux.net OR fetchmail...

The "loops back to myself" usually means the mail server in question is set as the lowest priority MX when it shouldn't be. If rollernet is a secondary MX (and you have your own mail server on port 25 somewhere), then rollernet's MX priorities shouldbe higher than your mail server's MX. If...

fetchmail -p ETRN --fetchdomains my.domain mail.rollernet.us That's teh correct way to do it. The error message being returned means that whatever domain is being specified for the ETRN command resloves to (or somehow ends up being sent as) "localhost". That's the same as me telnetting to...

How are you calling fetchmail? (What commands/options?) We only support ETRN at the moment.

You can still use any nameservers you want. What's not allowed is something like this: myownserver.com IN NS ns1.myownserver.com ns1.myownserver.com IN A 67.118.43.90 Then putting ns1.myownserver.com in the registry, then telling all your friends you run a nameserver and using it as well. That's the...
