Re: Outbound Mail problem: Sender address rejected: unverifi
Yes the domain has always had the MX records pointing at the rollernet servers. Not sure why it's using the A record here. Anyway. I've change the A record to 208.79.241.68 because the default was the one at 123-reg which wasn't ping'able. Waiting for DNS to update and I hope that will work. Do you ...

Re: Outbound Mail problem: Sender address rejected: unverifi
Thanks Seth. So given I want rollernet to handle my email, what should I set the A record for the domain to please? My other domains seem to use 208.79.241.68 - is that OK?
Thanks
Darren

Outbound Mail problem: Sender address rejected: unverified
Not sure what I've done wrong as this works fine with my other domains. Just added new mail domain thechildrensbeddingstore.co.uk. Added Outbound mail account @thechildrensbeddingstore.co.uk Now to test, I configure Thunderbird and can access the inbox and can see email coming in fine. Now I try to ...

Re: Push Email Support for Cell Phones
I'd be interested in MS push for my iPhone but not at the prices you mentioned.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Sending of CSV logs on a regular basis
I like being able to view the logs, but each time I'm surprised by the number of emails being rejected. I should look at the logs more often but forget until I'm advised by someone an email bounced. Anyway, getting to the point, could I suggest having something whereby I can specify my search criter...

Thanks for the update. Just researched further and it seems Push-IMAP may be the way forward if adopted:

Push email for iPhone?
Are the imap servers at rollernet "push" comparable? I'm guessing the is a server side thing.
Thanks Darren
Thanks Darren

Sieve errors resulting in lost email
Sieve does seem powerful, but I've realised that because of an error in my Sieve script I have lost email. I'm also concerned that no errors were shown in any of the logs. I had a filter going to a folder "lists.ancestry" but in fact the folder was called "lists.Ancestry". I real...

Hello, I have just changed the passwords for box mailbox and outbound mail to make sure they make. I logged into SquirrelMail and tried sending to my work account. Again I get this error: Message not sent. Server replied: Transaction failed 554 5.7.1 <>: Sender address rejected: sender domain name m...

webmail - can't send email
Hi, Thought I'd try your webmail today for the first time. Tried sending an email to myself and both webmail clients failed. The SquirrelMail one gave a more informative message: Message not sent. Server replied: Authentication failed 535 5.7.0 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6 There doesn'...

Recipient Maps
I have seen your intent to make Recipient Maps mandatory in November. I have a problem with this in that I have loads of email addresses which I use on my domains - all my domains work as catch-all domains, and I tend to make up an email address dependant on the website or organisation I'm talking t...
