Mass mail import

I need to import a large mailbox (10.000+ mails, incl attachments) from PST to a Hosted mailbox. I know you can just drag-drop from outlook to IMAP, but with so many mails it's just a matter of time before something goes wrong. Maybe you can build a Rollernet Migration Tool to make this process easi...

DKIM rollernet

Would it be possible to implement DKIM?
I've been reading about it and it seems quite nice.

Smart Logs/Alerts

I just had an idea... You could make Smart Log/Alerts, to early spot common (or not so common) problems by combining logs. Examples: - if all (or x num in y time) outbound messages get bounced, you're more than probably on an spam list. - if for x amount of time no (or less than y percent of average...

Re: Problem with new added domain

You have an SPF record set in your DNS settings.
This record describes which server is allowed to send mail for that domain. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework)
You should add mail.rollernet.us an mail2.rollernet.us to this record.

Mail logs, outbound mail accounts

Acutally these are two issues. First, I need to have an existing Mail Domain before I can create an Outbound mail account. Now I have a non-used incoming Mail Domains to use an Outbound mail account. Is it possible to seperate this? Second I have a few accounts originating from before above was impl...

Newsletters

I want to send non-spam newsletters to my customers. Can I use the outbound mail server for this? The page states "Please note: this service is not suitable for high-volume, outgoing only, mailing lists.". But when is a mailing considered high-volume? Please give some advice on this topic....

Email reports Mail usage/Blocked Spam

We're hosting e-mail for several customers. And many requested some form of reports. I think it would be usefull if you can setup a per domain email report. Enter the frequency, and the type of data (i.e. usage, blocked spam, etc) and it generates a PDF which is sent by mail directly to the customer...

Trustworthiness Rollernet.us

I've been a satisfied customer for a couple of years now and I wanted to implement Rollernet at a customer. His question was how trustworthy is Rollernet, "I can't find anything about them and my e-mails have sensitive information in them." I wasn't able to put him at rest. Anyone any idea...
