So just yesterday i started using the backup MX service which i think is a great service to provide. A person tried to email as a test and got a un-deliverable error as if there was no backup. But i myself sent 2 tests that went thru and when i sent the ETERN they both came thru.... Was there an out...

When i telnet into mail2.rollernet.us and i get the RCPT TO: < > i enter my email address and i get a "554 <mail2.rollernet.us>: Helo command rejected: bad HELO/EHLO command - access denied". I just want to test before i go and get the MX records created with our ISP. What the heck am i do...
