Roundcube upgrade?
I know is largely considered a best efforts addition, but I don't suppose there's any intention to upgrade the Roundcube install any time soon? > 1.3 introduces a vertical message pane layout that I'm sure users would find quite useful.

Re: blacklist .top .pro
In the account control centre, go to Manage Sieve filters and log into the mailbox in question. You'll need to create a new script/edit an existing one that contains the code I suggested in my previous post. There are lots of linked help articles along the way.

Re: blacklist .top .pro
You could create a sieve script to discard any email from those TLDs? Something like this should do the trick: # Discard email from specified TLDs if header :contains ["from"] ["*.top","*.pro"] { discard; } If you're not comfortable with sieve scripts then you can proba...

Re: Sieve and bad file extensions?
Can't edit the above post, but turns out that in some cases my regex was matching strings it shouldn't have. Fixed by adding word boundaries like this: if body :raw :regex ["\bfilename=.*\.docm\b","\bfilename=.*\.dotm\b","\bfilename=.*\.pptm\b","\bfilename=.*\.potm...

Re: Sieve and bad file extensions?
For the benefit of anybody else that stumbles across this, I don't believe Pigeonhole has many graceful methods of handling file attachments. It's probably a bit dirty, but I eventually worked around the problem like this: if body :raw :regex ["filename=.*\.docm","filename=.*\.dotm&qu...

Can normally request these are added by contacting support. I've actually recently done that for this particular Spamassassin test.

Sieve and bad file extensions?
Hi,
Does Rollernet's Sieve implementation offer a sensible method of refusing messages with known bad file extensions e.g. Office macros etc?
If not, is there any other sensible way of refusing messages containing certain types of attachment?

Whitelist changes?
I've just gone to whitelist a domain that's falling foul of an rbl and there no longer seems to be an option to whitelist based on 'Sender Email Address or Domain with SPF/DKIM'. Has this option been removed intentionally? I'm not keen on white listing entire domains (especially commonly spoofed one...

Re: Custom from address
Thanks for the response. That's a shame. Perhaps consideration could be given to relaxing the restrictions to include all Rollernet hosted domains associated with a particular account? It's a tad frustrating that I can alias multiple domains to a single mailbox, yet only send email from one of those...

Re: Custom from address
Is this still an option Seth? Today I find myself in the same boat. I have multiple domain names forwarding to a single mailbox and I'd like to use your SMTP servers and Webmail to send from any of these domains in addition to my corporate domain that isn't associated with my Rollernet account. Coul...
