Unable to setup smtp forwarding using my domain name.

Post by usalabs »

I had to disable my old account on rollernet mail services, then create a new account with a different email address, and now I can't setup smtp redirection, because it says that the domain name is in use with another account (my old account), is there a way that the site admin can enter these details manually into my new account (tezandbabs1):-

SMTP Redirection (single dest)
Domain Name = tezandbabs.us
Destination Host = mail.tezandbabs.us
Destination Port = 2050

This would be much appreciated.

I can not use port 25 as my isp blocks this port on incoming and outgoing.

It looks like the only solution is to cancel my domain name at the registrar and purchase a different domain name, just so that I can use the SMTP redirection service.

I can't enter domains for you, but I can disassociate the old domain from the disabled account. Either post the domains here or email them to me, and I'll remove them from the old account.

Nevermind; I'm guessing you need to use domain "tezandbabs.us". It's been freed from the old account; you should be able to use it now.
