Not receiving webforms

Hello everyone,

We have a customer who uses webforms. This form is mailed through the rollernet system and then delivered in a rolelrnet pop-mailbox.

They use the following smtp server: smtp.priorweb.be

If they send it from a mail client, the mail is delviered in the mail system.

If the webform is send from the website, it is not delivered and there is no accept/bounce entry in rollernet.

Anyone a clue what happens here? It worked before and suddenly stopped! I checked all blacklists already, but no luck...

I'm not seeing any connections from IP 62.182.60.81 in our raw logs, so beyond that I couldn't say. You'd have to look at that server to see why it isn't making an outgoing SMTP connection.
