I'm using primary DNS for two domains. When I go to the DNS Logs section there is nothing in the first dropdown list (Domains) to select, so I am unable to view logs. Is this a known issue?
Also, on a minor HTML note, when I select "DNS Logs", the hyperlink for "Primary DNS" menu item is removed. The menu item is still listed there, but can't be clicked on.

There aren't any logs for Primary DNS. We're using a PowerDNS based system that reads directly from the database as you see it in the control center.
Secondary DNS, on the other hand, is BIND9 based, and does have errors to reports (like transfer failures and similar).
