Bulk Remove Blacklist Entries
Is there a way to remove blacklist entries in bulk? One of our clients accidentally added several hundred entries and removing them all by hand will take quite a bit of time.

"domain is not currently prepared for false failures"
What does this mean? Received-SPF: softfail (me.com: Sender is not authorized by default to use 'earth13@me.com' in 'mfrom' identity, however domain is not currently prepared for false failures (mechanism '~all' matched)) receiver=mail.rollernet.us; identity=mfrom; envelope-from="earth13@me.com...

SMTP Redirection Service Filtered?
Hi, Quick question... I have the MX records of one of my domains that receives lots of spam pointed to both RollerNet MX servers with the intention of using RollerNet as my primary mail filter. I also have the domain setup for SMTP redirection and have it pointed to my public IP address for delivery...

I see lots of messages getting rejected for one of my domains (secondary MX) with the following information:
"No IP address found for HELO smtp.conn, try again later"
What does that mean?
"No IP address found for HELO smtp.conn, try again later"

Account Upgrade Question
We are in Houston TX and recently went through Hurricane Ike. Thankfully none of us got hurt and we have no property damage but our power and internet services are down for the forseeable future. We subscribe to the personal level of service and currently have several domains using the backup MX ser...

What exactly is broken?
So what exactly do I need to change? In the MX section of the DNS report there appear to be only two things wrong. The first one is a warining that I only have 1 MX record. This was done on purpose yesterday to try to temporarily bandaid this problem. I removed the mail.rollernet.us and mail2.roller...

Secondary MX unable to find relay
I'm getting: "deferred (unable to find primary relay for TexasBenefitsAssociation.com)" when I look at the logs for my domain. The mail server for this domain is definitely up and running right now. Is there something I'm missing? I try to release the messages queued up and I watch the SMT...
